Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create artwork that meets direction of licensors and apparel design team
• Create artwork for smaller, less intricate products, building art using existing assets and modifying accordingly
• Complete artwork projects efficiently at relatively high volume due to low complexity requirements
• Meet with developers to discuss project specifications and design direction
• Meet with internal stakeholders on approval of designs
• Communicate roadblocks to leadership to ensure projects are moving forward

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of Graphic Design experience outside of higher education

Preferred qualifications: (if any) 

• Proven development of skills with increasing complexity and intricacy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Excel, and MS SharePoint
• Experience in illustration, typography, print and digital design skills
• Excellent visual design skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to complete projects by given due date
• Proven capacity to perform mid-level tasks with minimum guidance from supervisor
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to be self-directed but also collaborative
• Ability to recognize and closely match fonts and colors
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills
