Fulton Landscaping Corporation is Hiring a Grounds Maintenance Worker Near Roscoe, IL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This includes performing various tasks related to lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, and tree care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and flower beds
- Install and maintain landscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and appearance
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools
- Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other unwanted materials from outdoor areas
- Assist with the installation of new landscape projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements:
- 6 months to a year of previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping principles
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Must past the background check with a clean record
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: We are looking for candidates that have all the requirements and who are between the ages of 17-27 with a valid drivers licenses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
