Overview

This position is part-time and hybrid with onsite days in our corporate headquarters located in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The number of hours would average 27 per week.

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the development, implementation and performance of one or more assigned banking products. The Product Coordinator will complete assigned projects requiring market/product research, creation of product testing and training materials, direct engagement with internal and external stakeholders with regard to product implementation and support, and the development and presentation of recommendations related to opportunities or improvement of existing products.Product Management is responsible for the development, implementation, servicing and on-going management of specific banking products. Activities include assessment of the competitive market, design and refinement of specific products, evaluation and selection of third party vendors, development of plans for marketing, positioning and pricing, analysis of product performance and on-going product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned projects, research market conditions and competitive positions, analyze existing product performance, identify opportunities, develop marketing materials, and provide recommendations for establishing new products, entering new markets or improving existing products
  • Advise and support internal staff, including sales, implementation and service teams, assist in configuring systems, document operational and technical processes, develop and conduct product testing, create and modify training materials, deliver staff training, coordinate onboarding, and resolve escalated issues
  • Engage external stakeholders, coordinate and direct the efforts of vendors, conduct demonstrations and advise prospects regarding product capabilities in support of sales, advise customers regarding implementation, schedules, upgrades, product features and servicing issues, and deliver product training to customers
  • Contribute to broader department or corporate initiatives including product reporting, compliance and organizational changes

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Marketing or other applicable. (Required)

Experience

1 or more years Marketing or product support. (Preferred)

1 or more years of banking (Preferred)

 

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
