Position at Catapult Learning

Join Catapult Learning in partnership with Philadelphia suburban non-public schools for summer tutoring.

The summer tutoring program is for students in grades K-8 in the Philadelphia non-public schools. Programs will be in-person, June 24 - August 23.

Tutors will work a flexible schedule, up to 25 hours per week. Compensation is $39 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Attend all training sessions and deliver programs in math, reading, science, and social studies to eligible students through utilization of the school's curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and exciting lessons.
• Complete and maintain teacher and student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and / or federal agencies.
• Ensure a safe, enthusiastic, and positive environment for all students.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Experienced teachers or tutors only.
• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• PA Teaching Certificate preferred.
• Updated PA clearances (child abuse, criminal background, fingerprinting, physical, TB .
• Access to computer or laptop with video conference capabilities (webcam / microphone) and a strong WiFi connection.
