Job Description
Full Visibility is seeking a Software Engineer to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for utilizing internal frameworks and working closely with other engineers to efficiently read and store data in databases. The successful candidate must be comfortable utilizing external code and integrating into applications. The Software Engineer is also expected to be able to design code that adheres to the codebase that has already been developed - such as developing a Service function that relies on Windows messaging to communicate with other functions in the application.
The successful candidate should have experience developing applications or services that read and store data from databases; using SDKs and API to integrate third-party applications or tools; and working with Windows messaging and queueing technologies. Additionally, the Software Engineer should have experience working as part of a team of developers, with a production environment of at least 50 external users.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least two (2 ) years of experience with programming and software development

• Experience with .NET (4.0 and above) C# development of Windows console applications and services
• Knowledge of and experience with Visual Studio 2012 (and above); and DVCS - such as Mercurial, Git, and NuGet
• Experience using Model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) or similar frameworks and comfortable coding in that methodology
• Knowledge of and experience using network transport protocols and frameworks, such as Windows Communication Foundation (WCF); and Windows messaging and queuing technologies, such as MSMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Experience developing applications or services that read and store data from databases using relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field OR instead of a degree, six (6) years of specialized work experience as a software engineer or developer
