Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team here at the Full Throttle Distillery & Grill. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role

- Proficiency in operating a POS system and cash register

- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions

- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus

- Valid eTips certifacation

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Food handling experience

- Banquet service knowledge

- Background in the food industry
