We are seeking an experienced Home Health Executive Director or Regional Director of Operations for the Contra Costa and Solanoarea.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted home health operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary of $170,000 to $185,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing multiple sites as a Director, Regional Director, or Area Vice President in long-term care, hospice, home health, palliative care, or hospital environment
• RN preferred
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
• Proven experience driving census numbers and operational ROI

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations of 2-3 Home Health locations
• Managing Community Directors
• Managing financials for your territory
• Providing support in your territory including licensing, resident care, HR, financial, dietary, and customer care
• Collaborating with the VP of Sales, President of Operations, CEO, CFO, COO, and relevant administrative leadership
