Full Spectrum is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation
• Have or be willing to obtain a fingerprint clearance card
• Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and be willing to take RBT examination prior to hire (Both coursework and exam will be paid for by the company.)

Compensation is dependent on qualifications and education level. Full Spectrum uses a pay scale which includes opportunity for growth, bonuses, and other incentives.
