Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing athletes in the sport of volleyball. This is a paid position that requires expertise in coaching and a strong background in sports.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for volleyball athletes
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' performance
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during games and competitions
- Evaluate players' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during training sessions

Experience:
- Previous experience coaching volleyball at various skill levels
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a plus
- Lifeguard, karate, judo, swimming, basketball, or martial arts background is beneficial
- Background in physical education or sports coaching is preferred
