Roles and Responsibilities
- Machine Operator positions report to the Shift Supervisor.
- Operate machinery, package, or otherwise assist in manufacturing of custom elastic products
- Must be able to work assigned hours 5 to 6 days per week
- Must be able to complete training; no prior experience necessary
Physical Demands
- Must be able to wear all prescribed safety equipment while in the plant (safety shoes, goggles, and hearing protection). Near-constant standing and moving
- Ability to push, pull, lift (50 lbs. or more) reach, climb stairs
- Exposure to light industrial noise, light concentrations of airborne dust and a variety of chemicals
- Must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.38 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
