Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

  • Comprehensive utilization of various technology platforms and data management systems
  • Responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for the department
  • Interact with internal areas as needed for problem resolution and troubleshooting
  • Communicate business issues to Supervisor and/or Manager
  • Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments

·Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business

  • Attend department meetings and provide work with training department to develop associates
  • Proactively recommend and identify process improvements
  • Flex as needed to other job assignments directed by management team
  • Adhere to NM Safety standards
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment

 

Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • ·High School Diploma
  • ·Ability to work across multiple departments if needed
  • ·Oversee departments in the absence of the Lead/Supervisor when necessary
  • ·Support in monitoring and maintaining daily and weekly reports
  • ·Updating department Lead/Supervisor on supply needs for processing stations
  • ·Requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • ·Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Essential Physical Requirements

  • ·May require some pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, or kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs in warehouse environment
  • ·May require use of voice activated headset
