The purpose of the Receptionist role at the BEAT Center is to provide front line assistance to clients visiting the Fulfill Resource Center, JBJ Soul Kitchen, and/or People’s Pantry, located in Tom’s River, NJ. In this role, you will provide friendly, efficient, and culturally appropriate assistance to clients visiting The BEAT Center, greet guests as they walk into the facility with a warm demeanor, answer phones in a timely matter, assist with client intake for the People’s Pantry, provide information to clients regarding BEAT Center support services offered by JBJ Soul Kitchen and Fulfill and assist with other activities, as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of at least one year of experience in a customer service-focused role. Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional work at other locations.
