The Master Scheduler is responsible for the Master Production Schedule and keeping it current based on milestones set in cross functional departments.

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of custom machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process. We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our production team.

The Master Scheduler will be the core resource using updates from department managers, customer service and project management teams to ensure all updates are captured, reported and any potential issues flagged immediately. This role oversees the planning team to ensure all jobs and BOMs are entered into the MRP system (E1) and that all work orders are created for the shop floor when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Master Pedestal Schedule
• Work with the Customer Account Coordinator to ensure all customer changes are captured and height surveys are completed as needed.
• Communicate any foreseen delays or incomplete milestones that could cause potential delays or impacts to all schedules to Plant Operations Manager.
• Ensure drawing packets are created on schedule.
• Ensure all castings are created with FTI numbers and all associated paperwork.
• QC all sales orders, parts entries, and operations that are entered into M1 for production work.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to all members of the planning team.
• Identify any data entry problems and initiate solutions in a timely manner.
• Provide strategic direction and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Experience and skill requirements

• 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Scheduling or Other Similar Area
• 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years experience in managing a team of 3 people or more people in a data entry environment.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts
• Thorough understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production floor planning, bill of material, and router setup Experience with ECi M1 a plus.
• An expert with Excel for formular checking, creating, editing, and reporting.
