JOB SUMMARY

Ensure and provide project coordination activities and their deliverables efficiently and cost effectively for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Coordinate project activities to ensure project submittals and materials are on schedule.
• Provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and maintaining documentation.
• Assist Project Manager and/or team in details and steps of projects throughout project lifespans.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

• Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
