**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Togo Host. As a Togo Host, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests who order takeout. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for guests picking up their orders, while also assisting with phone orders and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive to pick up their orders.

2. Efficiently process takeout orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Answer phone calls promptly and assist guests with placing orders and answering inquiries.

4. Package orders neatly and securely, including utensils, condiments, and any additional items requested by guests.

5. Collect payment from guests and process transactions accurately using the POS system.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies as needed.

7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.

8. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the takeout process.

9. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

10. Provide assistance to guests with special requests or accommodations, ensuring their satisfaction with their takeout experience.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and packaging.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and familiarity with Asian cultural practices (preferred but not required).
