Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of delicious and visually appealing cocktails to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Create unique and innovative drink recipes that align with customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

- Prep and Juice cocktail ingredients prior to your shift
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for guests
- Assist in training new bartenders or barbacks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with Toast POS system and cash register operations
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote featured drinks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, retail math, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Cash handling experience is required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
