We are currently working with one of the top private residential homebuilders in the market who is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Technician to join our team. The Warranty Technician will be responsible for addressing warranty service requests from homeowners, ensuring that any issues or defects are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to warranty service requests submitted by homeowners.
• Inspect homes to identify issues or defects covered under warranty.
• Coordinate and schedule warranty repairs with subcontractors and tradesmen.
• Conduct repairs and adjustments as necessary to address warranty issues, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to provide updates on the status of warranty repairs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty service requests, repairs performed, and materials used.
• Collaborate with the construction team to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future warranty claims.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in residential construction or a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate homeowner schedules.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
