Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues for our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring IT infrastructure
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems
- Provide guidance on computer networking, LAN, VPN, and other related topics
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex technical problems
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Mac OS and Linux
- Understanding of computer networking concepts
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
