FTS is Hiring a Land Development Manager Near Dayton, OH

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of horizontal construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Perform regular civil plan reviews and field inspections for compliance with construction specifications and expectations for grading, drainage, and other site development details.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits

Experience:
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
