Job Title: Escrow Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of backlog details.
• Ensure the accuracy of backlog details and communicate any identified closing and backlog risks.
• Respond to internal and external customers promptly and professionally.
• Manage the closing process by coordinating activities among internal departments including sales, accounting, purchasing, construction, lenders, and title companies.
• Electronic file management.
• Examine and authorize the terms of every sale, ensuring accuracy regarding the sales price, incentives, homebuyer particulars, and lender specifics.
• Maintain and distribute the weekly reports and escrow reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years’ escrow/closing management experience within a high-volume, public homebuilder
• HB1 software experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
