FTS is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Fayetteville, AR

Construction Manager - Single Family Homes

We are looking to add an experienced Construction Manager to one of the top locally owned and operated home builders in Fayetteville.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site construction: scheduling subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers, managing day-to-day operations on the job site, inspecting all work, and resolving any problems
  • Approves subcontractor invoice
  • Manage the construction of assigned homes from foundation to close
  • Oversee daily trade functions: timeliness, quality of workmanship and completion of work
  • Schedule and conduct onsite homeowner meetings
  • Assist in ordering all materials

Requirements:

  • Construction experience with knowledge of construction processes including scheduling and managing scheduling issues
  • Knowledge of MS Office and construction scheduling software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related program preferred

Compensation:

  • Base Salary - $60,000-$70,000
  • Bonus based on closings
  • Car allowance
  • Phone stipend

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
