Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Specialist to join our team. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of our residential projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create detailed BIM models that facilitate efficient project coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Model Development: Create and maintain detailed BIM models for residential projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design elements, systems, and components into the BIM model.
• Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts within the BIM model, ensuring coordination among different disciplines.
• Code Compliance: Ensure that BIM models comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM processes, standards, and workflows.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to team members on BIM software and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
