Position Overview: As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the construction activities of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met. Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and expenses.

On-Site Supervision: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure adherence to construction specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress to the management team. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Proficient in construction management software.

Compensation Structure: Base bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
