The Engineering team has an opening for a Salesforce Developer. This serves as a critical role in the company with stakeholders in Distribution covering Sales, Operations and Marketing. The Salesforce Developer will provide technical leadership across the distribution vertical with a primary goal of driving value and efficiency through cleansing of data, automation of processes, design for user experience in the CRM, and delivery of enhancements to business applications.

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with all members of Technology and the Distribution teams to achieve these goals.

Technical Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Proficient in SOQL, Apex and Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Proficient in designing/building Salesforce Flows
• Proficient in designing/building Lightning Web Components
• Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Tools and Data Cloud
  • Experience using Gearset for Salesforce CI/CD
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and dbt
  • Prior experience working in cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Become an internal subject matter expert on how FS distributes its funds and the technology necessary to support them and to improve that area's ability to make business critical decisions.
• Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
• Ensure availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders from around the firm to understand business needs and how they align with technical goals.
• Develop high quality solutions to enhance extensibility, scalability and efficiency within configuration driven data platform.
• Update stakeholders on project progress and project risks.
• Work with Senior Management to proactively identify gaps in processes and technologies to improve Sales automation and workflows.
• Dig into system events to track, investigate, and resolve defects as required.
• Must be able to work out of our office located in the Navy Yard in Philadelphia at least 4 days per week.
