Fry's is now accepting applications for our Assistant Grocery Leader. Our primary focus is to create an uplifting customer experience through exceptional service, achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. This leader will direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department and support the day-to-day functions of the Grocery operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide customers with Fresh products that they have ordered and the correct portion size (or as close as possible to the amount ordered) to prevent shrink.
• Properly use department equipment according to company guidelines.
• Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions note any discrepancies in inventory to ensure our product availability for Full shelves.
• Promote Trust and Respect among associates.
• Create a Friendly environment with a positive attitude that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
• Reinforce Safety programs and food safety regulations by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
