Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Barback / Busser to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, attentive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders with stocking and preparing the bar area.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

Quickly clear and clean tables and bar counters.

Restock bar supplies as needed, such as ice, liquor, and mixers.

Help with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the bar before opening and cleaning up at the end of the night.

Ensure a sufficient supply of clean glassware, straws, napkins, and other bar essentials.

Assist with inventory control and inform management of low stock items.

Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to requests from guests and bartenders.

Comply with all food and beverage regulations, as well as safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as a Barback, Busser, or in a similar support role in a bar or restaurant is advantageous but not required.

Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of a busy bar environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
