Who you are: As a Marketing Manager, you are our leader, bringing countless campaigns to life one idea at a time. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of marketing programs for various lines of business. You’ll use your effective communication skills and creative mindset to ensure the development of campaigns that align with our strategic goals. What you’ll do: Act as the day-to-day leader for strategic marketing programs in support of a line of business and/or product suite Use market research, data insights, audience segments, and other inputs to develop campaigns in support of business goals Develop the value proposition, narrative and differentiation of Frost products Develop creative campaigns to reach new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers Act as a primary point of contact with line-of-business stakeholders and provide relevant work direction to other team members Collaborate with internal digital and creative teams and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective collaboration Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience 4 years of experience leading marketing strategy Demonstrated experience collaborating with a variety of departments Expert level knowledge of marketing program management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft applications Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
