Who you are:
As a Frost Investment Advisors External Wholesaler , you are our director of first impressions. You are the first point of contact to discuss investment products and services, and you set the standard for what it means to invest with us. In this role, you will be responsible for building and promoting Frost mutual funds and investment strategies to generate leads within your designated territory within the nation. Attending tradeshows and conferences are a part of the job, but to you, it's an opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with folks who can benefit from your investment's expertise. You welcome a challenge and are always ready to support others on their journey toward financial success.
What you'll do:

• Travel extensively to promote the sale of the Investment Advisory's products and services, focusing heavily on mutual funds, within designated territory
• Build Frost Funds awareness by executing marketing strategies and investment plans by providing applicable knowledge and content directly to targeted financial advisors via internal and external meetings
• Attend trade shows and financial conferences as a participant or vendor to build new relationships and make presentations in support of the Investment Advisory's products and services
• Communicate with advisory investment teams to maintain high level of knowledge of the Investment Advisory's products/services in order to ensure quality representation of Investment Advisory to clients and prospects
• Develop and communicate a personal business/travel plan to supervisors through the use of tools such as Salesforce
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years experience in investments/institutional sales
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• Texas residency
• Ability to clearly present sophisticated financial products to institutional advisors
• Developed presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to travel approximately 3 days a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in related discipline
• CFA, CIMA, or CAIA designation
• Experience using Salesforce platform
