Who you are:

As a Commercial Lines Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you are our insurance experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, and providing support to Producers and Account Executives. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand all assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the receipt and organization of prospect and client information / documents, to support coverage and placement of accounts
• Follow established agency guidelines to determine appropriate marketing actions on house accounts
• Pursue account-rounding opportunities on assigned house accounts
• Review all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness, and request corrections as needed; advise the senior staff members of any potential problems or discrepancies
• Renew existing policies prior to the expiration of coverage, update the agency management system, prepare evidences of coverage and deliver to the client and the carrier, and bill annual policy premiums in the correct accounting month
• Always take action using Integrity, caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 6 months
• Proficient in Microsoft office computer applications
