Frontline WIldfire Defense is Hiring a Field Technician Crew Member- Wildfire Protection East Bay Near Discovery Bay, CA

Field Technician Crew Member - East Bay location

Reports to Frontline’s Foreman.

About Frontline Wildfire Defense

Our mission is to protect homes and communities from wildfire. Frontline enables customers to track wildfires, receive important alerts, and safely navigate a wildfire, while protecting a customer’s home with the remotely operated Frontline Wildfire Defense System.

About This Opportunity

Frontline is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Technician capable of doing installations. This opportunity has room for advancement, and bonus opportunities after certification is achieved.

Solar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Working in our positive team environment, you will be an integral member of a crew! You will be critical to helping ensure accurate and on-time installations while adhering to strict safety practices.

As a Field Technician Crew Member, You will:

Install Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems on residential customers’ homes
Layout and assemble the necessary pipework
Install sprinklers and properly seal all roof penetrations
Perform trenching, concrete work, and equipment assembly
Handle project clean up

Qualifications

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated team player with:

Construction-related experience
Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questions
Experience working outdoors under various weather conditions
Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
Excellent documentation skills
Professional appearance and strong customer relation skills
Maintain a valid Driver’s License
Willingness to travel/ reliable transportation

Compensation:

Salary will be dependent on experience; future compensation tied to performance
Long-term career pathway and quarterly bonus opportunities available, dependent on performance.
