Frontline Traffic Safety Solutions LLC is Hiring a Traffic Control Technician Near Hendersonville, TN

Flagger/Traffic Control
Salary Range
$15.00 - $18.00
Job Summary

As a Traffic Flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of both workers and the general public by managing traffic flow in construction zones and work areas. Your primary responsibility will be to control and direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic, using signaling devices and clear communication, to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation to our office
  • Use Stop/Slow paddles to control the flow of traffic
  • Effective communication using a 2-way radio
  • Provide guidance to ensure that City, State and MUTCD standards are met on every work site
  • Be able to warn construction/utility workers when approaching vehicles have failed to adhere to the current traffic signals to prevent accidents and injuries to workers and other motorist
  • Be able to lift 50lbs
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Be okay working outside
  • Must be a team player

Job Requirements

  • Ability to do light to moderate travel in a company vehicle
  • Readiness to be on-call
  • Capable of passing company drug screening & background check

10-hour shift

12-hour shift

8-hour shift
