Report Analyst - Job description

DUTIES:

• Responsible for various tasks involving data exports and imports, analysis, and reporting using a variety of sources including SQL, pricing databases, and customer ordering platforms.
• Coordinating with Pricing, RFP / Cross Reference, Customer Service, Procurement / Strategic Planning, Accounts Receivable, and Sales team members.
• Run customer usage reports, with varying degrees of complexity and line-item detail.
• Maintaining both ad-hoc and scheduled request queues and processing requests promptly, while maintaining a high level of process quality and consistency.
• Update customer pricing in the company’s ERP system based on requests and coordination with the company’s internal departments or sometimes external sources, including conversion pricing from one item to another.
• Coordinate updates with EDI Administrator /3rd Party EDI platforms (OnCare, DSSI, Procurement Partners, etc.) as necessary.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS(WHAT YOU NEED):

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.
• Previous experience with ERP software
• Time Management – Ensures that all tasks are completed promptly. Be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving – Follows a systematic approach to analysis and usage reports; notifies manager when requests appear to be extreme or illogical and researches all variances.
• Math Ability – Ability to apply basic mathematical operations (for example, subtraction, multiplication, and division) to determine appropriate costs, prices, mark-ups, and margins, etc.
• Judgment – Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in the decision-making process; makes timely decisions.

• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Pay = $25-$28/HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
