- Must have good communication skills, work in a friendly environment, customer service experience, excellent work ethics .

- must have knowledge of state forms ;SOC,3040,3050,ISP,2101,AO and etc.

-Must be a reliant, dependable individual, punctual on time .

-Must be organized individual with paper work and visits

-Must be self motivated, answering phone calls, messages and etc.

- Must have transportation.

-Must have some knowledge of MCO,HMO,DADS, filed charts ,filling, Microsoft.
