A Warehouse Helper plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a warehouse facility. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize inventory within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and label items for shipment according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris.
• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.45 - $32.50 per hour
