Responsibilities

•Daily cleaning of exam rooms

•Weekly Disinfecting

•Emptying Biohazard containers

•Filling anesthesia syringes as needed

•Preparing lab requisitions for procedures

•Refilling Patient handouts and brochures

•All office visit data to be entered into ModMed EMR, including assisting attending Physician and with EMR notes

•Track down path reports

•Inform patients of lab results when instructed by Lead Back Office M.A

•Log patient information

•Schedule patients for procedures

•Scan in outsourced lab results and doctor correspondence

•Wash/Process instruments

•Maintain lab equipment

•Organize and dispose of expired samples

•Answer nurse calls for patients and pharmacies

•Refill Pharmaceuticals

•Other Duties as Assigned

•Communicate any issues or opportunities to management/owner immediately

•Perform all duties with a 98% accuracy rate

Secondary:

• Answer Phones.

• Schedule / Reschedule Appointments.

• Special Projects.

• Other Duties as Assigned.

Performance Standards/ Goals:

• Communicate any issues or opportunities to management immediately.

• Product Sales and procedures performed will be considered in performance reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
