Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

The Rider Experience (RX) Champion is primarily responsible for handling all bike inventory prospecting activities and rider database prospecting activities. They are also responsible for supporting Directors of First Impressions and other departments in handling inbound rider phone call overflow.

• Purchase bikes by utilizing social media and private party bike listing sites.
• Locate new prospects and follow-up until a transaction occurs.
• Provide a kick-ass Rider experience.
• Become familiar with new products, features and accessories – communicate their benefits to riders.
• Full-time 40 hours, Saturdays are a MUST!
• Pay $16 per hour plus commissions.
• No riding required!

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Have a love of all things motorcycle and the motorcycle culture.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to exceed Customer need/expectations by asking questions in a professional manner, listening to the rider, and documenting those needs.
• The Rider Experience Champion must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. Extreme hot and cold weather conditions are to be overcome to meet the rider’s and dealership’s needs.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Must be able to pass a drug, physical, and back screening.
