The Loan Servicing Specialist role is responsible for creating, maintaining, auditing, and servicing of loan and escrow accounts in the Fiserv Premier system at Frontier Bank.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for creating new loan accounts within the Fiserv premier system based upon established procedures. Performs on-going maintenance of all loan accounts, including the boarding of any modifications, within the Fiserv Premier system based upon established procedures.
• Resource for questions related to the servicing of loan accounts in the Fiserv Premier system.
• Daily/weekly/monthly review of assigned monitoring reports.
• Assist with the servicing of work-out loan accounts, including accounts in bankruptcy, non-accrual loans and charged off loan accounts
• Responsible for overseeing the creating and maintaining of new and established escrow accounts. Reviews monthly escrow analysis statements.
• Assist with the servicing of participation loans purchased and sold, and all SWAP loan transactions.
• Adds loans to the Info Pro database service for Escrow Advisor and delinquent real estate tax tracking.
• Assist with any projects related to the loan servicing functions within Frontier Bank.
• Demonstrate initiative by proposing ideas for implementation to improve efficiency and enhancements to the existing process.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Fiserv Premier Knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Basic understanding of documents used in both loan and deposit functions of a bank
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to Four years of experience in a financial institution
