Responsibilities Include:

• Lead activities that are fun, engaging, and meaningful to residents
• Utilize your training to redirect and reapproach residents when appropriate
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities through building trust with them
• Prep and plan activities and programs that engage residents
• Work with community to coordinate concerts, shows, and other events in & outside the home
• Procure, maintain, and organize the equipment used for activities.
• Decorate the facility for special occasions and events within Frontida’s guidelines.
• Host a seasonal activity/event that highlights the holiday or season.
• Monitor and update the home's Facebook page with events, activities, and etc.
• Set up and clean up of all activities.
