The Opportunity

You will support the merchant and planning teams for two nationally recognized multi-channel retail brands. You will be asked to manage the entry, maintenance and integrity of data in company systems. Also, you will also create reporting and queries to support the company.

You will report to the Sr Merchandise Specialist

Your Impact

• You will work with our users who are constantly generating new ideas. The team works with shifting production schedules. You will respond to our users while maintaining proper audits and quality control checks.
• Create all new items including description, price, vendor information
• Manage SKU data within the system, including retail, cost shipping, and handling information, and status through the product life cycle
• Set up and test web promotions and source codes across applications for our digital commerce users.
• Coordinate with Digital Commerce team members from initial setup through testing and go-live of web promotions.
• Reconcile SKU-level detail between multiple internal systems and printed offers

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of professional experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs in a business setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate skills, including the ability to connect and link data sets.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
