What You'll Do:

• Build the Foundation: Establish our brand and presence in Arizona, forging partnerships with schools, clinics, and community organizations.
• Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented RBTs and BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Client Care Champion: Deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing all aspects of care.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and raise awareness about the benefits of ABA therapy.
• Network: Leverage your existing connections and build new ones within the Arizona ABA community, establishing MECA as a trusted leader.
• Measure: Analyze client progress, track metrics, and ensure quality assurance standards are met, continuously refining your approach.

Who You Are:

• A BCBA with a master's degree in Psychology or related field, ideally with an emphasis on ABA.
• 2 years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting.
• Proven managerial experience and a knack for building successful teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving results.
• Strong networking skills and deep understanding of the Arizona ABA community.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant ABA software.

Bonus Points:

• Experience launching new markets or similar projects.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in Arizona communities.
• Membership in ABAI and relevant Arizona professional associations.
