Responsibilities
Summary:
As a Operations Coordinator, you will performs a variety of tasks in support of company operations. Your duties include producing correspondence, responding to customers’ requests, and obtaining documentation.
Responsibilities:
Produces computer generated and manual customer correspondence, (e.g. non-covered and non-renewal letters).
Receives, processes, and responds to customers’ requests (e.g. reimbursement for repairs or replacement, cancellation requests).
Evaluates and determines coverage and reimbursement options.
Obtains documentation (licenses, insurance, etc.) from applicable parties.
Produces reports for management.
Files documents as needed.
May speak to customer by phone, although the majority of the job does not involve phone contact.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum Experience required:
1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Skills:
Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
Math skills
Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking
Adapt to a fast-paced environment
Other/State Specific
This role pays between $15.00/h to $22.65/h, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
