Senior Scientist or Associate Director or Director, DMPK

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct drug transporter/hepatocytes/DMPK studies for discovery and/or development compounds.
• Lead drug transporter, CYP induction and/or DILI efforts in research and project support
• Lead DMPK efforts for drug discovery and development, including troubleshooting, operational effort, project management, and client communication.
• Prepare study protocols and reports, as well as data summary.
• Develop and maintain cell lines for transporter and metabolism studies.
• Ensure that all studies are conducted in a timely manner while maintaining highest quality of data.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of drug transporter, CYP induction and/or DILI.
• Preferably experience in conducting DMPK studies in pharmaceutical industry.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• PhD degree in biomedical or pharmaceutical sciences.
