**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Monitor and manage inventory levels **Skills:** - Proficient in food handling practices - Knowledge of POS systems - Strong retail math skills for handling payments and making change - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Hospitality-focused with excellent customer service skills - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Join our team and showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment where you can grow and excel!
