Job Summary :

Provide daily sales support and exceptional customer service via in-person and phone interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain customer relationships and handle key accounts.
• Assist customers and contractors with information and materials.
• Answer incoming phone calls, handle pricing inquiries, and process orders.
• Coordinate with specialists to address customer inquiries promptly.
• Ensure displays are appealing and well-maintained.
• Prepare orders for shipments, transfers, and pick-ups.
• Keep the branch clean, organized, and professional.
• Collaborate with vendors to update catalogs and provide literature to customers.
• Adapt to changes and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of electrical industry sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Extensive product knowledge of electrical parts.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle confidential information discreetly.

Physical Requirements :

• Position involves 90% standing and walking.
• 30% of time is spent lifting and carrying 10-50 pounds.
• Works in a sales / warehouse environment.
