The Pharmacy Manager of Business Operations and 340B (“Pharmacy Business Manager”) is responsible for abiding by the administrative regulations, policies, and values of the System while providing oversight for all pharmacy-related financials and serving as the subject matter expert for all matters regarding Froedtert South’s 340B Drug Pricing Program (“340B program”).

The Pharmacy Business Manager oversees pharmacy finances, including operating and capital budget, business analytics, and day-to-day financials such as cost reduction initiatives, contracting, purchasing, and related policy compliance.

The Pharmacy Business Manager oversees the compliance and integrity of the 340B drug pricing program and actively engages with the Pharmacy Director, Administration, Legal and Finance teams on the 340B program.
