POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring 340B program compliance by conducting routine self-audits, assist pharmacy business manager in analyzing data, identifying trends, and provide insights to optimize program performance. The position will require a strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, healthcare regulations, and data analysis techniques.

Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required,
Certificate or degree in healthcare, data management or analytics are desirable.
Minimum Experience Required
Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy, pharmacy operations, audit, inventory management, healthcare compliance, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding and experience with 340B program requirements, regulations, and compliance standards is preferred.
Licenses / Certifications Required
Wisconsin pharmacy technician license is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skills and ability to work independently is highly desired.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL and/or data analytics tools are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and pharmacy management software preferred.
Principle Accountabilities And Essential Duties
Perform regular self-audits of 340B program transactions and records to ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
Assist pharmacy business manager in monitoring and maintaining the integrity of the hospital's 340B program, including oversight of purchasing, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Participate in the designing and implementation of 340B program related savings, utilization, exceptions, and discrepancies reports.
Analyze pharmaceutical purchasing data, medication utilization patterns, and patient eligibility criteria to identify opportunities for program optimization and cost savings.
Learn and stay updated on various software and technology requirements needed to successfully run 340B program.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pharmacy, finance, and compliance to identify and implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on regulatory and statutory changes and requirements pertaining to 340B program.
Assist the team in external audits and inquiries related to the 340B program, providing documentation and support as required.
Participate in quality improvement, trend analysis and other projects as deemed necessary by pharmacy business manager.
Other duties as assigned by the pharmacy director or manager.
