Job Description – Full Time

As a Pre-Primary Lead Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher assigned to your classroom

Overseeing all Montessori Instruction

Prepares and coordinates the Montessori program

Participating in all staff meetings, parent nights and other events

Treating all students with respect

Prepares and maintains a clean, aesthetic classroom environment

Interprets Montessori philosophy to parents and community

Ensuring all minimum standards are followed

Keeping records of children’s progress

Reports to Head of School

Qualifications

Most hold a Montessori certification from a recognized training center

2years of experience as a Pre-Primary or Toddler Teacher

Ability to communicate effectively
