Overview:

Join our team as a Host/Host and be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for guest services and hospitality, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service
- Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing top-notch service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of restaurant or food service operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
