Must have computer skills (we are a completely paperless office)
Must be a team player and able to multi task. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome patients when they enter as well as patient check-in/check-out
Verify demographics (name, insurance, address, phone number and pharmacy)
MUST have experience with verifying medical insurance online and over the phone
Appointment scheduling
Scan and upload documents
Answer multi-phone lines and take detailed messages
Confirm upcoming appointments (by phone and email)
Collection of co-pays and deductibles with the ability to clearly explain patient benefits & financial responsibility
Any other duties as assigned by providers and management
