Friendship Village Tempe is seeking nurse supervisors to join our team!

Schedule:

PRN NOC- 6:00pm-6:30am as needed - must be available on Wednesdays and Fridays

PT DAY (weekends) - 6:00am-6:30pm Every Sunday and Every other Saturday

Pay:

LPN - $26.00 -$35.00 depending on experience

RN - $34.50 -$42.50 depending on experience

Our staffing ratio for the Day shift is 1:10 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:16 on the 3rd floor (LTC)

Our staffing ratio for the NOC shift is 1:16 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:32 on the 3rd floor (LTC)

Summary: Plans, organize, and assist in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel, perform duties of a Nurse as required and is accountable for the care provided by others under his/her supervision. Report any changes in resident condition or any unusual situations to the Nursing Manager or Director of Nursing. Assume responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to develop, plan and provide quality resident care.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of approved school of nursing.
• Minimum of five years experience in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Current Nurse license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
• Maintain a valid CPR certification.
• Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
